       By its nature personalized artwork of this kind is uniquely suited to the customer;  carefully crafted custom paintings are an investment of the artist's time and materials, and Golden Tiger Art too! As stock or merchandise they may have no value to us as other customers want their paintings, and not yours. We aim to please and make it possible for you to participate in the creation of your custom order personalized oil painting(s): rather than bill for those tangible and intangible services performed during the purchasing process these are the policy at each step of the procedure:

• Initial service fee is refundable only within the first three days of placing an order.
• Photograph(s) returned after a remorsed initial service fee as above are subject to a 20 dollar service charge.  
• Once the painting is commissioned: there is no refund of the initial service fee under any circumstances:  customer has the right of inspection, by email and/or web based,  and to request reasonable modification of the painting(s), with two subsequent inspections scheduled, if necessary, and the initial service is considered fulfilled and delivered at this point.
• Customer decides at this point to purchase the painting or not: if they decide not to purchase the painting,  it becomes the property of Golden Tiger Art, and may or may not be destroyed, and the initial service fee is non-refundable: the initial service is the delivery of a digital image of a custom made oil painting.
• Initial service fee does apply towards the purchase price!
• If customer agrees to purchase the painting it will be shipped upon payment - Please allow eight weeks for delivery (oil painting, and shipping, takes time, although sometimes it takes as few as four weeks for delivery)  All sales are final.

Prices listed above are Recommended Retail for Agents: You can purchase direct yourself and save the customary agent's commission and fee = at least twenty percent.

To make this affordable our formula is Cost of Goods Sold  + a reasonable service fee + shipping direct to you.  The prices listed above are discounted at least twenty percent, and maybe more. When your commissioned painting is finished, and you decide to purchase it, a bill for the balance will be sent

Final purchase prices may vary somewhat depending on complexity of the creation, and the richness of details, of the transformation of a photograph to an oil painting. The twenty percent discount is minimum

The initial service fee is applied to the purchase price.

Shipping is by DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or by other air courier to your door: please, no post box addresses
